Operational Excellence Manager – Financial services – Redhill – up to £55k + Bonus + Bens
Leading financial services organization based in Redhill is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to deliver changes and OpEx improvements across multiple areas of this organisation, including technology, administration and case handling.
This is an exceptional opportunity to gain invaluable development in Lean Six Sigma, change and project methodology.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for delivering and coaching Operational Excellence initiatives across a number of areas including technology, administration and customer case handling
  • Strong, positive stakeholder management at all levels
  • Conducting root cause analysis and process mapping in order to deliver business benefits within a large organisation
  • Ensuring end to end thinking across all business areas is considered, and mapping out processes through to embedding improvements when implementations go live.
  • Coordinate with other areas of the business to identify any opportunities for scalable application of improvements
Knowledge and experience:
  • Good knowledge of operational improvement/ Lean methodologies. Green Belt certification is essential
  • Financial services industry experience is ideal but not required
  • Depp understanding of operations, quality management, effective operations management methodologies is essential
  • You are inquisitive, resilient and innovative with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with a changing environment, and leading and supporting people through the changes
  • Understands the need to change and make improvements within an organisation, has demonstrated a desire to improve processes
  • Open to coaching and learning new skills
  • Ability to provide leadership when necessary and collaborate with teams to develop solutions to business problems
  • Asks appropriate questions and is confident to challenge decisions/actions to facilitate the delivery of the right business outcomes

Salary: up to £55k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
