We are looking for an Operational Development Manager to join our Operations department. This newly created role will take responsibility for the development, management and co-ordination of Operations improvement and enhancement initiatives including strategic service initiatives.
The Operational Development Manager will work closely with the Head of Operations Strategic Delivery to plan and deliver Operational development strategies as well as providing support to the Director of Operations & Head of Service Delivery on Department wide development initiatives when required.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial & 'customer first’ focus and have a pioneering and driven approach to finding solutions and delivering projects, change initiatives & enhancing current internal & external services. They will keep abreast of new ways of working and have the confidence to challenge current ways of working and find new solutions and ensure operations will PRS for Music Service always be at the leading edge.
They will be driven, ambitious and have tenacity to deliver results in the face of challenges and will not only display the PRS values but be an example of these and champion them through the work they produce.
The successful candidate will have;

- Some experience in a managerial / decision making role ideally
- A good understanding of PRS for Music pipeline (from Licensing to Distribution) & wider challenges facing PRO’s
