Operations Support Leader required to start immediately to join our clients organisation based in Bournemouth. Our client owns a variety of market leading brands and products across product ranges including Health and Beauty care.
Location: Kettering
Start date: Immediate
Duration of assignment: Initial 3 Months temp with potential of leading to a FTC contract depending on performance.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Mon-Fri 8-4
Pay Rate: Between £10-£11 an hour
The Operation Support Leader is to manage the operational business interface activity between GB, Kettering and Luxury to ensure cost, quality and customer service KPI's are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
* Transport Management
O UPS SPOC
o UPS Invoice management
o Thomas Markmann - Job Spec and to include
- LFTL/FTL Haulage SPOC
- Haulier Invoice management
- Multi Truck Load building
- Inbound Liaison with sending site
* Purchasing
O Responsible for the purchase of all secondary and tertiary packaging materials
O Responsible for the efficient management of packaging inventory to ensure reorder levels are actioned to prevent run out
O Responsible for managing any defective deliveries with suppliers
* Operational Performance
o KPI capture and reporting
o Grey Market scanning completion
* Quality Assurance
o Customer complaint management
o RFT owner
* Customer Returns - Manage the customer returns process interfacing with the CS/AR/GB teams
This role will require some travelling in May-July to Bournemouth mainly, but also to Germany for Training purposes.
