Openings Project Manager - 12 months Maternity Cover - International brand

Client

Expanding contemporary QSR international brand are recruiting for an Openings Project Manager on a 12 months maternity cover.

Working for a fast paced and energetic development office in London you will play an integral role within the company helping to develop and open new store locations within Greater London. As Project Manager for store development you will work under direct supervision of the MD / Development Agent and his assistant.

In addition you will work closely with a number of other internal departments such as Operations and Business Development as well as a number of external consultants such as Agents, Solicitors, Contractors and Building Surveyors. You will be in charge of managing a 42 point process of pushing locations from introduction to lease completion. Your daily tasks include but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have a solid background in property with a good understanding of commercial leases as well as excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills. Proven high-level skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook are required.

We are looking for a team player with the ability to prioritise and respond to constantly changing demands. You should have a strong work ethic and take pride in everything you do, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, have a sense of urgency to get things done, very strong persuasion skills and powerful communication skills both written and oral, the ability to handle and complete multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.

EXPERIENCE

  1. Experience of working in the hospitality sector in a similar role. New Openings Manager or Project Manager.
  2. Minimum of 2 years office experience is essential as well as a high degree of computer skills, the ability to work independently and a hands on approach to manage various office tasks.
  3. The applicant should preferably have a university or college degree, with a specialization in the following areas preferred: Real Estate, Urban Planning and Development, Commerce.
