Impact Recruitment Services, a leading independent recruitment agency, have an amazing opportunity for an office based, Onsite Account Manager (Non-Sales) to be based at our clients site in Rushden.

Job Title: Onsite Recruitment Account Manager

General Purpose: To manage, retain & develop industrial business accounts, providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring that business opportunities are maximized at all times

Reports: Branch Manager, Operation Director

Responsible for: Temporary workforce

Hours: Dayshift


* This role will see you overseeing the recruitment process for all areas within the distribution centre of our client's business.

* To carry out inductions and site tours for all new starters.

* To build and develop strong working relationships at all levels across our clients business and with our temporary workforce.

* Process timesheets, prepare and conduct weekly and quartly service reviews and provide face to face client support and to ensure a first class service delivery.

* Alongside our Wellingborough branch, you are required to recruit and select through good job matching all temporary workers to ensure you have sufficient candidates with the relevant skill sets available to fulfils fluctuations in demand for staff, using a range of candidate attraction techniques.

* Advertise for applicants in such a manner that will generate the largest/best quality response whilst complying with Impacts legal requirements.

* Contact new applicants from CV's forwarded and discuss potential suitable positions.

* Collate client information such as job descriptions, AWR and KPI information.

* Completion of administration work and maintain accurate records for audit purposes in line with company and legislation guidelines.
