Onsite Account Manager - Global Engineering client, North Bristol
Basic up to 35k ote plus 10k
A specialist consultancy is in need of an experienced recruiter to be based onsite of one of its key client accounts, a global leader in engineering.
Working closely with the client onsite their North Bristol base, the position will involve full responsibility for coordinating the end to end recruitment process. You will be sourcing all candidates so the ability to network and build relationships across the recruitment market is important. You will liaise daily with the stakeholder managers within the client but also maintain a close contact with your own business too. You will conduct face to face interviews and should be a proactive recruiter, getting out and meeting prospective candidates to build a portfolio of future contacts. You will be managing 15 - 20 direct hires as well as relationships with recruitment agencies. The role is based purely onsite with some visits to the client’s other sites when necessary. This role is all about maintaining relationships and building your network internally to ensure the job is done properly and both the client and candidate experience is positive.
Ideally you will have 3 - 4 years recruitment experience from an engineering/technical/IT background. As this is a NON-SALES role, you will be looking to move away from sales and into account management / on site client work. You might also be an inhouse recruiter looking to move into an onsite role. You should be confident in either your knowledge of the sector, or in your ability to source the right people via headhunting, networking or referrals.

Salary will reflect experience however is likely to be in the 30k - 35k bracket plus circa 10k.
