Onsite Account Coordinator

We are recruiting for an Onsite Account Coordinator based at Elmdon Trading Estate working as part of the onsite team at our Client, a well known automotive company.

As an Onsite Account Coordinator you will need to have:

  • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy and able to use Microsoft Office
  • Confidence to deal with large groups of people
  • Flexibility in working hours


  • Salary: £9.00 - £9.50 per hour
  • Working Hours 40hrs per week, will require flexibility between AM & PM shift.
  • 06.00 - 14.30 or 14.30 - 22.30
  • 08.00 - 17.00
  • Monday to Friday
  • Location: Elmdon, B37 7HE
  • Duration: Ongoing, Permanent
  • Previous experience in recruitment is desired

  • Recruiting and Inducting
  • Booking and managing workers
  • Processing Payroll and Holidays
  • Preparing MI data
  • Ensuring compliance in all areas
  • Conducting various meetings
