My Client is one of the World's leading multi-brand luxury retailers.
Their ecommerce division is rapidly expanding and they have created this new role to ensure that that expansion is backed up by an excellent team at head office.

You will have online visual merchandising or assistant product merchandising experience.

Key goals / responsibilities:
*Prepare product upload files for all ecommerce sites:
oWork with colleagues in categories and commercial support to prioritise new products to be added
oLiaise professionally with brands to supplement information where required
oManage image edits with external artworker
oEnsure that product information is accurate, detailed and consistent across the sites
oManage progress to ensure all products are launched on time
oUnderstand and resolve issues relating to source data errors
oEnsure that products are displayed in all relevant categories & hierarchies
oUpload product images to the websites & DAM.
*Ensure product display on websites is aesthetically pleasing and products are strategically merchandised across the site.
oCross sell products on the site (e.g. "you may also like")
oEnsure all categories show key items at the top of each page, taking into account best sellers, margin, brands currently being highlighted, etc.
oInput to creation and management of curated categories, highlighting relevant products to site visitors.

Skills & Experience Needed;
*Have worked in an online / e-commerce data team for a minimum of 2 years
*Good understanding of e-commerce, especially the importance of good product data
*High level of skill in Excel
*Knowledge of Magento and JDA an advantage
*Confidence and ability to deal credibly and professionally with premium external brands.
