This is a fantastic position for a customer service professional with experience of telesales and working to targets and KPI's. For this role the ideal candidate should have worked in a target driven, sales background.
The main duties of this position are to guide customers through queries via and online Live Chat function. The role may also consist of some phone and email communication, so you will have to have strong IT and communication skills and be able to multi task to deal with several online conversations at a time.
You will be working to achievable sales targets and providing excellent customer service. You will be a target driven person who enjoys achieving the best for your customers in order to be rewarded with an excellent bonus scheme.
This position has come up due to team expansion, so it is a very exciting time to join the company. The team are also happy to consider candidates seeking part time hours (minimum 20 hours per week), as well as full time candidates, who are full flexible to be able to incorporate their working hours in to evening and weekends.
The working hours are on a mixed rota shift pattern which provided well in advance. Working hours vary from: 9.00am - 5:30pm, 10:30am - 7.00pm and 1:30pm - 10.00pm. If you are happy to work on a shift pattern and have a passion for sales, travel and customer service then this could be the perfect position for you.

Bonus is paid monthly with generous bonus blended on both customer feedback as well as sales and is a high OTE of circa £22,000 per annum.
