A well-established Travel Management Company are on the lookout for an experienced Online Implementation Manager who will be responsible for both UK and international OBT implementations and will work with the online support team to provide second line support and ongoing improvements.

The role will require hands on involvement in implementation and support and the ability to look forward and plan how online booking solutions can fulfil client's requirements in a fast-changing environment.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of the end-to-end TMC business process, commercial awareness and excellent knowledge of Galileo and other GDS systems.

You will need experience in supporting and implementing Concur and 1 or more of the following online tools: Evolvi, Conferma, GTP/Atriis, GetThere, SABS. You will have supported or managed a small team. You must have TMC experience.
