Due to rapid expansion within our clients business, we now have a newly created, exciting and ever-changing role available.
To be a great fit for the role, you will be required to manage and build our existing Online Customer Service team, multi-task and cope with a fast paced ever-changing environment, focus on meeting and exceeding the company's SLAs and achieving high levels of customer service, as well as supporting the team.
Whilst full training will be provided, the successful candidate will need the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage people and workloads
- Competency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Willingness to learn and embrace multi-software systems
- A good telephone manager
- Reliable and a good time keeper
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
