Reporting into the Online Merchandising & Content Manager the Online Content Administrator will help in optimising product listings and content across various platforms.  You will be excited at the thought of binging amazing products to life and delighting customers with a best-in-class customer experience.  Attention to detail and a right-first-time ethos is a must. The ideal candidate would be passionate about delighting customers and recognising the influence they can have on sales within this role. 

Online Content Administrator – Responsibilities

- Create new product listings across multiple online platforms.

- Optimise product copy and content to support onsite performance.

- Manage the range review calendar with the commercial team.

- Liase with external suppliers and partners to secure product details.

- Work alongside the wider online team to drive performance.

- Effectively handle and manage all administration and supplier management.

Online Content Administrator – Required Skills

- Some ecommerce, digital and/or retail experience preferable.

- An understanding of the online customer journey, product review systems and the levers available online to drive conversions is preferable.

- Intertest in products range and the customers they appeal to.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure your key objectives are always met.

- Microsoft Office working knowledge with proficiency using Excel.

- Google Analytics Experience desirable.

- An interest in copy and writing styles would be welcomed.

This role may appeal to graduates with placement experience, looking to take on their first head office role or to candidates with head office experience looking to take on a new challenge within a rapidly growing business.  You may also come from an assistant or store manager background and have an interest in all things content & digital.
