Sovereign Automotive, are looking to recruit Onhire Claims Operation Handlers to work in our Epsom office.
We are proud to help our Nationwide customer base of Taxi's - both public and private hire business's to ensure the drivers are back on the road as smoothly and efficiently as possible following an accident on the road.
Here at Sovereign Automotive our On-hire Claims Handlers are the consistent point of contact for our clients and their ongoing claims during the time they are placed in one of our fleet vehicles, the role is primarily about supporting the client following an accident, ensuring that through out the process of the customer claim, we record accurate data about their accident and offer the correct aftercare to get them back on the road and earning their living again, stress free.
Role and responsibilities;
Taking inbound calls, recording sensitive information, making decisions with regard to the hire of a replacement vehicles from our fleet, all the time upholding the high level of Customer Service that we pride ourselves on.
Make outbound calls to chase third party insurers, witnesses, internal departments and complete related administration tasks.
To liaise with repairs garages and body-shops involved with the diagnosis and repair to a customer vehicle.
Taking ownership of your own caseload and customers you become the single point of contact for your clients, offering ongoing support.
Skills and Experience -
Be a confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Have strong computer skills and be proficient in using all Microsoft suits - including outlook and Excel.
You will need to be a team player as you may at times cover other handlers caseloads or help out with other adhoc tasks in your team.
Be able to handle your own workload and work to strict deadlines.
Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.30pm
1 Saturday a month on a rota - Half day or full day
30 days holiday - rising with service
