If so, this is the chance you've been waiting for. A leading RPO businesses is hiring an On-site Tech Recruiter to work with a leading Media brand in Isleworth.

The RPO business is an innovative partner to some of the biggest brand-names across a range of industries. As an On-site Tech Recruiter joining this business you will be based on-site at one of the UK's biggest and most exciting Media brands in Isleworth, West London. You will work as part of a team of circa 30, and will manage recruitment on behalf of the client across all skill sets UK wide.

The On-site Tech Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, Recruiters, and alongside a team of Resourcing Specialists in order to understand the recruitment needs, map the sourcing strategy. Using innovative sourcing strategies and methodologies you will identify and source niche, senior or appropriately skilled candidates, through to managing the offer and on-boarding process, as well as managing all direct applicants from direct advertising, and feeding back to each candidate in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal The On-site Tech Recruiter applicant will have clear and eloquent verbal and written comms, and will be experienced in all aspects of direct-hiring recruitment, including advanced Boolean searching, writing job adverts, mining job-boards, and the use of LinkedIn Recruiter. You will be process-driven, and will hold outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand the finer details of a requirement and be able to relay that to the recruitment team and the marketplace with clarity and credibility.

RPO or In-house experience is not essential, and applications from Agency recruiters who want to move into a RPO environment are welcomed. We are looking for On-site Tech Recruiters with experience of recruiting a wide array of IT skillsets, but with significant subject matter expertise in recruiting for Software Engineering and/or Infrastructure professionals.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced Boolean searching, and competent in using job boards to find active and inactive candidates.
  • Evidence of direct hiring recruitment on-site and writing job adverts.
  • Evidence of recruiting across a number of skill sets and sectors, and managing multiple campaigns and roles.
  • Proficient at creating innovative sourcing strategies (ex. forums, online networks, internet interrogation).
  • Competency based interviewing at all levels
  • Experience of web based recruitment software, procurement applications including at least one ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Previous RPO/outsourcing experience is desirable
  • Psychometric or technical testing is desirable

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaising with the hiring manager / client stakeholder to understand their needs, deliverables and plan the sourcing strategy.
  • Sourcing niche or senior active candidates from a range of appropriate sources.
  • Advertising using the relevant channels available, media campaigns and recruitment events where appropriate.
  • Manage the on and off line response to adverts including conducting telephone screening and skill/experience review.
  • Retain an audit trail of contacts all logged on client's ATS.
  • Undertake detailed screening to include competency based interviewing where required.
  • Provide guidance and feedback on the candidate marketplace, advising alternative options to meet the client requirement.
  • Building a relationship with the hiring manager.
  • Advocate of the client's EVP and brand - tailored for specific disciplines.
  • Manage delivery from sourcing team.
