The Role – What does the On-site Resourcing Business Executive role look like?
Reed Talent Solutions are looking for an On-site Recruiter to provide a high quality on-site recruitment service to one of Reed's major clients. You will conduct all recruitment activity in order to meet the contractual key performance indicators and service level standards and maximise levels of direct fulfilment on the contract. You will aim to innovate and improve the candidate and client experience.
Your role will be to act as the face of Reed on site with client and act as a point of contact for the client regarding all aspects of service delivery. You will need to gain a thorough understanding of Hiring Manager requirements, specific job roles, culture and organisational objectives and you will do this through service reviews with the Account Manager and Account Director. The aim is to provide a consultative recruitment service to the client, advising on candidate availability and demonstrating knowledge of specific geographic and occupational labour markets.
You will manage all roles end to end by taking a full brief from the Hiring Manager and controlling the recruitment process so that suitable candidates are placed within the timescale required. You will need to apply cost effective sourcing strategies including the use of talent pool management, online and offline channels and social media.

The Person - What makes a good On-Site Resourcing Business Executive?
To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and skills:
• A minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C including Maths and English
• Experience of recruitment or the recruitment processes would be desirable
• Able to work flexibly and to manage workload to anticipate and respond to client requirements.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Effective interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with a principal focus on the provision of excellent customer service
• Confidence in providing feedback, both positive and negative, to candidates and hiring managers on a regular basis.
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and to successfully implement continual improvement activity.
• Strong planning, prioritising and organisation skills
• PC skills, including Word, Excel and E-mail
• Analysis, Judgement and Decision Making skills
