- Customer Face to Face deskside support
- Remote deskside support
- Ticket Management
- Laptop\desktop builds
- Customer training\education
- Documentation
- Good Analytic/Troubleshooting Skills
- Hardware support

You already…

- Are familiar with repair of HPI Computing Devices.
- Corporate windows environment (Min 3 years)
-Handle service requests like End User Installation assistance, End User Off boarding and request for support.
- MS Office\Outlook\Exchange experience
- Active Directory exposure
- Good understanding of printers\MFP devices
- Networking fundamentals
- Good Communication Skills Verbal and Written
- Good at working under pressure
