Offshore Service Provision Controller
We are looking for a Financial Controller for our Offshore Service Provision business to be based at our offices in Swindon. Whether you are qualified or part qualified we would like to hear from you.
This role will give you great exposure to the senior management team and is a real stepping stone into the business.
You will be preparing monthly financial reports which detail external and internal personnel charges, performance against budget, and key performance indicators. You will also be responsible for the underlying data integrity, including new starter set up, allocating codes for 400+employees and ensuring the code structures utilised allow accurate reporting.
You will need to carry out a regular review of internal and external rates used across the business and be prepared for new projects, potentially in markets new to innogy. The internal processes need to be efficient, up to date, and well documented. You will ensure they are applied consistently across projects and departments in both the UK and Continental Europe.
What requirements and experience are we looking for?
We would like you to be a qualified or part–qualified accountant, along with some relevant experience. You need to be excellent with MS Excel with an ability to use it to an advanced level. We need you to have experience working with large data sets, be familiar with financial statements and accounting principles and be analytical and detail conscious in your approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must to enable you to liaise with both finance and non-finance colleagues in a positive and effective manner.

Salary: up to £42,000 dependent on experience. Plus 15% bonus, pension and healthcare, 25 days holiday.
