This is a great opportunity for an experienced 2nd / 3rd line IT Support Engineer to become the next integral part of a rapidly expanding team and business. Working as a key escalation point for the Service Desk team, while incorporating exciting opportunities for project and infrastructure work.

Essentials skills / experience
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Experience working on a service desk to include incident, problem and change management Methodical approach to problem-solving
*Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, 2019
*Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
*Experience of working within an IT Security framework
*Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 & Azure
*Managing wired and wireless networks, including switches, routers, firewalls
*Technical backup and disaster recovery
Desirable skills / experience
*IPv4 networking, VLANs
*Secure networking, VPNs
*Experience working within an ITIL framework
*Modern Desktop certifications
*Penetration Testing / Vulnerability Scanning
*EMC, DELL, HP SAN technologies

37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday , due to the nature of the job some work at weekends and outside of normal hours may be required.
Travel to customer sites will be required so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
This role requires a DBS to be carried out.
