We are experienced show home interior designers based in Surrey. We provide UK’s developers with quality, inspirational show homes.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an office/team administrator to join our team in Surrey. This is an ideal position for an enthusiastic, hands on and focused individual who has a passion for all things in interior design.

Team/Office administrator

  • Highly organised and aspire to be key to the smooth running of an organization
  • Provision of clerical and administrative support to office team
  • Coordination and implementation of office procedures
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • IT, organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Experience/knowledge in the interior design sector is desirable but not essential


  • Use a word processing package such as Microsoft Word
  • Audio and copy type
  • Write letters
  • Deal with telephone and e-mail enquiries, using an e-mail system (Outlook)
  • Photocopy and print various documents and computer bases information
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments
  • Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment
  • Organise travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Access and Powerpoint to manage data and produce documents and presentations
  • Maintain and manage budgets and carry out invoicing
  • Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post
  • Manipulate statistical data
  • Arrange in house and external events
  • Arrange training for staff members

Working hours - typically 42.5 hours per week - 8.30am-6pm
