Job Title: Office Support Administrator
Salary: £10,000 per annum
My client based in Dartford is looking for an Office Support Administrator to join their small team of 4 on a part time basis. The hours will be 10am- 2pm Monday-Friday.
The role will include:
- Processing monthly sales invoices
- Support the finance function in reconciliations and invoice related queries
- Order and replenish office supplies
- Manage daily post distribution
- Resolve customer queries
- Answer all inbound calls
- Computer literate with a good understanding and experience of Microsoft Excel
- Full UK driving license
- To have previously worked within an office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good with numbers
