Job Title: Office Support Administrator
Location: Dartford
Salary: £10,000 per annum

The Role:

My client based in Dartford is looking for an Office Support Administrator to join their small team of 4 on a part time basis. The hours will be 10am- 2pm Monday-Friday.
The role will include:

  • Processing monthly sales invoices
  • Support the finance function in reconciliations and invoice related queries
  • Order and replenish office supplies
  • Manage daily post distribution
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Answer all inbound calls


  • Computer literate with a good understanding and experience of Microsoft Excel
  • Full UK driving license
  • To have previously worked within an office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good with numbers
