My client, a superb privately owned organisation with good facilities and excellent benefits is recruiting for a newly created role.

Main duties include:

• Managing administration staff and maximise their performance
• Manage customer order processing
• Manage customer care
• Motivate a team
• Manage staff holidays and absences
• Manage KPI reports
• Provide general HR duties

The successful candidate will have
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- A proven track record in motivating others
- A genuine interest in HR issues
- The desire to play an influential role in a successful company
- Very good IT skills
