Office Supervisor

For a successful privately owned business looking to recruit for a new position within the company; the role is to support the MD and the Operations Director whilst taking responsibility for 2 members of staff, one of who processes the orders and the second who organises installations.

Overview of the role:

  • To ensure the smooth running of the Operations department, overseeing and supervising these processes and ensure everything is completed and the processes are managed correctly

Training will be given on the databases, their product and the business

Skills and Experience:

  • A background in customer service, order management and installations, scheduling at supervisory level is essential
  • Must has excellent organisational skills and experience and be able to multi-task
  • Good people and process management skills/experience
  • Able to manage people both within the business and externally
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good pc skills, but they have a bespoke database so training will be given
  • There is a lot to learn with regards to the products, how they are made/assembled and it all fits together, so a fast learner is essential
  • Personality fit is essential, currently 35 people within the business

Hours: 8:30am-4:30am
