We are probably London's best bakery and proud to supply a wide range of great treats to some of the capitals finest delicatessens and award winning restaurants. We operate at events throughout the capital as well as having stalls at various weekly farmers markets in London.
We are a young, fun company run by two entrepreneurial Directors, and are looking to hire someone to join our growing office team working alongside our office manager and assisting in various areas of the business. You will be helping to get orders from our customers, and discussing our latest products with them, upselling to maximise the spend of each order.
We are looking for someone who has strong office and administration experience, is very confident on the phone, professional when dealing with customers and has a 'cando’ attitude. Telesales experience is beneficial but not essential, and a demonstrated interest in artisan products or baking would be strongly preferred. It would also be an added bonus if you have any experience with Photosho/indesign/illustrator as we often need social media posts or flyers putting together internally.
- Speaking with customers on the phone daily.
- Using SAGE 50 to compile sales orders and generate invoices.
- Preparing paperwork for our deliveries, and liaising with our drivers.
- Assisting our sales team with administration tasks.
- Offering support in other areas of the business.
- Knowledge of photoshop/indesign/illustrator
We are a small friendly team, and as a dynamic company we are always open to new ideas. We are looking for someone who can grow with us as we continue to expand. First years pay is £26k including bonus.
The position is Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm in our office based in Hackney Wick. We are a short walk from Hackney Wick overground station and have a light spacious office right by the canal.
