A permanent, full-time Office Secretary role within Carlisle

Your new role
Working within the administration and secretarial team, you will be providing essential support to the business. Your main responsibilities will include typing correspondence, audio typing and digital dictation, producing reports, answering phones and meeting clients, as well as completing any other ad hoc administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years recent experience gained within an office-based role. You will be an accurate and efficient typist, ideally with experience with audio typing. You will be a quick learner, able to hit the ground running and enthusiastic to develop your skill set. You will be well-presented with a professional telephone manner, able to communicate with people at different levels. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively to ensure that deadlines are met.
