Working for a private property company with a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, the company is looking for someone with hands on experience of working in a typical property office on a part time basis.
Example of day to day duties will be supporting the directors by organising the office and dealing with general queries such as:
Tenants calls, deposit filing, organising gas checks, EPC checks, dealing with council queries, dealing with general tenant queries and problems , diarising key dates and time lines, confirming rental income receipt/credit control. Advertising rental properties, arranging appointments. Dealing with calls from parties such council and utilities as relates to the properties.
This is a varied role so needs someone who is: Organised, efficient, hard working, dynamic, self-motivated, good communication skills and good common sense and self starter with initiative. Must have general PC skills/computer literacy eg Emails and able to use Word and Excel.
Role is part time estimated to be circa 20 hours per week.
