City Recruitment Group are recruiting for an Immediately Available, Permanent, Full time Office/Property Administrator working for a Real Estate Business based in the Selly Oak area, Birmingham area.
Your New Role
An established and expanding property business are looking to immediately recruit an experienced Office Administrator to undertake a variety of administrative tasks. These will include taking telephone and email enquiries from new and existing customers, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, filing, scanning and processing all paperwork. You will also be qualifying and registering new applicants, matching applications to client’s properties, going through selection process and carry out negotiations between landlords and tenants. You will also be completing tenant reference checks, preparing tenancy documents and ensuring legal compliance is done. As an Office/Property Administrator you will also be conducting property viewings and inspections. You will also be liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve issues quickly, chase rent arrears and assist with all other general office duties as directed by your line manager.
To be considered for the role
In order to be successful in this role you will have experience of working within a similar type role previously. As the Office Administrator you must have the desire to consistently provide excellent customer service. You will have first class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships with our customers and stakeholders. You MUST also be IT literate and have excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Emails.
