Office Operations Manager - up to £32,000
A well-established electronics manufacturer with over 30 years' industry experience is now in requirement of an Office Operations Manager to join their font office team in Poole. As Office Operations Manager you'll be responsible for managing the front office team effectively, managing and improving operational performance within the Commercial team, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and targets are being met. You'll be directly responsible for the entire Commercial team including Purchasing and Sales and will report into the Commercial Manager. There is a large Project Management element to this role where you'll be responsible for managing workflow in the front office and the successful candidate will have proven leadership skills through their previous experience in people management. You'll effectively manage various personality types and liaise with the Commercial Manager and other departments in the business, ensuring each member of the team achieves their objectives to the best of their ability and to the agreed timescales.
