Salary: up to £27,000 pa


Our Client who are a passionate financial service that operate international with their Head Office based in South West London, are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Office Manager. This candidate will work closely with offices in Dubai and there will be opportunities to travel to the Middle East. We are looking for someone who is keen to develop professionally, with a particular focus on internal recruitment. An interest in financial services would be an advantage, but is not essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations within office including international post.
  • Support Chief Operations Officer.
  • Support internal recruitment.
  • HR document processing, including on-boarding, references and holiday leave.
  • Plan annual conference.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years administration experience
  • Experience in internal recruitment and HR Process
  • Experience in event planning
  • Highly organised
  • Effective communication skills
  • MS Office advanced
  • Sociable and open to change
