Office Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing and innovative organisation as their Office Manager. You will be ensuring that the office is well supported and that the CEO and CFO can use their time effectively.

Office Manager Responsibilities

As the Office Manager your main duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Managing the CEO and leadership team’s diaries
  • Taking minutes and actions for various meetings
  • Preparing meeting material and reports

Office Manager Experience

It is essential that you have previous Office Management experience and can work independently. Excellent organisation skills and a high attention to detail will be key in this opportunity. As the Office Manager you will be proactive in your approach and be customer focused. Confidence with MS Powepoint will be essential.

Location

Primarily based in Kirtlington, there is plenty of onsite parking but it is inaccessible via public transport.

Travel on a monthly basis to other sites in the South East and London will also be required.
