Are you an experienced Practice or Office Manager within financial services and looking to be part of a growing business?

The Company

Our long-established client company have 28 Advisers throughout the UK working as multi-tied Financial Planners and Mortgage & Protection Advisers. As well as operating a chain of estate agency and letting agency branches in the South of England they operate a highly successful comparison website for all aspects of financial advice including pensions, with high ranking on Google and other major search engines.

Roles and responsibilities

Your role as Practice Manager will be focused on overseeing their team of 20 support staff predominantly based in their Head Office; this will include ensuring each individual is conducting their duties in the most effective / productive way whilst adhering to company policies and guidelines. Therefore, your supervisory oversight will cover administrators conducting client servicing, paraplanning team carrying out investment / pension research and creating reports, telesales / appointment makers, accounts team, compliance and HR. You will work closely with the Director of the business to implement actions and ensure the office continues to run smoothly and maximises opportunities for the Advisers.

Requirements to be considered

In order to be considered, you should have experience of practice / office management within a financial planning firm with a good working understanding of all processes e.g. using investment platforms. In addition, you should have the ability to implement HR policies and ensure they are adhered to by your team, through a direct approach.


Salary of circa £40,000 pa dependent upon experience

  • Bonus scheme to be discussed after 6 months
