As part of this busy boutique Financial Services firm, the role of Office Manager will be to provide full support to this small yet very busy team of Financial Advisors. Working in an open plan office, your role will be multifaceted including office management and PA support in addition to all day to day office administration duties so you must be happy to muck in and help wherever needed to ensure the smooth running of the company. This is a "can do" office where nothing is too much for a client to ask so it is essential that you enjoy working accurately and to tight deadlines whilst ensuring that a client's expectations are not only met but exceeded. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a financial services industry and have flawless attention to detail, bags of charm and an unflappable demeanour.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work within a financial services industry where there is lots of scope for further training and development. For the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to train as a Financial Advisor with a full training contract.

Your role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, suppliers and business contacts
  • Being the first point of contact for all phone calls and emails
  • all day to day administration support for the Financial Advisers
  • Preparing papers and reports prior to client meetings
  • Assisting with building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Preparing and maintaining clients file
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, dealing with all day to day queries
  • Assisting with the preparation, collation and circulation of confidential documents
  • Diary management
  • Organising travel arrangements and diaries to book meetings
  • Preparation of daily correspondence
  • Updating schedules / spreadsheets
  • Proof reading reports
  • Coordinating all brochures and marketing material
  • All day to day admin duties including telephones and emails
  • Inputting and proof reading reports
  • Maintaining upmost discretion when handling confidential and complex client file admin
