Office Manager

Office Manager required for company based in Ashford. Working for a medium size business you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing an admin office and two admin staff
  • Adhoc help for second partner
  • Receive telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Completion and submission of forms for Companies House and HMRC
  • General form completion including following up submission
  • Letter writing
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties

The ideal person:

  • Must have an excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and highly organised - you must be able to deal with different levels of workload
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A good team player
  • Able to self-manage and prioritise own workload
  • Systems: Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is required
  • Companies House knowledge would be an advantage

Salary to £25k
