A creative agency based in West London is looking for an Office Manager to join their team. You will have strong interpersonal skills as you will be supporting a small team and will be responsible for organising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. You MUST be educated to degree level or equivalent with excellent organisational and time management skills and in turn you will be joining a growing creative team. A pleasant and inspiring work environment, this role would suit a dynamic individual who is able to easily commute to the Ladbroke Grove area.

Key Core Responsibilities:

  • Organising Project Materials, and keeping them tidy
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Supporting Senior Account Manager in a variety of processes
  • Organising lunches and off-site meetings
  • Coordinating annual leave and appraisal meetings
  • Managing the CEO's diary, including liaising with clients / team to arrange meetings
  • Preparing documents for meetings
  • Expenses paperwork and submission
  • Keeping the office generally tidy and pleasant to be in
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Ensuring office supply needs are all met including healthy snacks and fruit
  • Managing and Prepping meeting rooms for clients/workshops, and tidying up after
  • Answering phones, taking and passing on messages, sending packages
  • Liaising with landlord over any maintenance issues
  • Liaising with IT regarding office equipment
  • Ensure high levels of organisational communication regarding healthy & safety
  • Helping to plan staff events (Christmas parties etc.)

Key Skills Required:

  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent
  • Previous Office Management/Team Assistant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Able to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines
  • Project management skills
  • Able to research, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Able to manage own workload and use initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
