Office Manager

The Best Connection are recruiting for an office manager on behalf of our client based in Lancaster.

Key duties will include:

  • Maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures
  • Preparing payroll
  • Controlling correspondence
  • Monitoring clerical functions
  • Maintaining office efficiency, by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procurement
  • Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Achieving financial objectives, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures
  • Maintaining office staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results

The ideal candidate will have experience in;

  • Supply management
  • Tracking budget expenses
  • Delegation
  • Managing processes
  • Supervision
  • Excellent computer and communicative skills is essential

Hours of work will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
