We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and dynamic Office, Events or Project Coordinator with extremely high levels of organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to join our lively and driven community. This is a part-time position covering 4 days a week. A multi-disciplined role with full office management, senior diary and travel management as well as complex events management and HR assistance.

Office Management; Full responsibility for the office from maintenance, kitchen requirements, office access, stationary to H&S and front of house responsibilities

Diary & Travel Management; Responsibility for Management Team diaries, meetings and schedules, UK & International travel, liaison with external C-Suite executives from a variety of different companies & sectors

Events Management; Leading and hands-on management of large complex events as well as the organisation of smaller team meetings & huddles throughout the year

HR Assistance; Support to the HR & Recruitment function, adhering to confidentiality & supporting with expense management

The right candidate will be highly energetic, bright with capacity to multi-task and quickly prioritise in a fast-paced working environment. You will have excellent time management skills and be accomplished in project managing a variety of tasks.

Communication is key for this role and you must have the experience and ability of appropriately communicating and effectively engaging a diverse range of people.
