Office Manager

Search is looking for an experienced office manager to join a growing business in Govan.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a successful business & really make the role your own.

Although this role is set in the duties and responsibilities it entails, my client has expressed an interest in hiring an individual that also wants to mould the role and take free reign in shaping the running of the office and the systems.

Some of the general duties of this position include

- Arranging travel, meetings and appointments
- Ordering stationery
- Balancing office monetary budgets
- Supervising and monitoring the staff
- Taking minutes at meetings.
- Reporting to management
- Ensuring our Health & Safety policy is adhered to
- Arranging training for staff
- Monitoring and managing business fleets

In order to succeed in this position you must be able to multitask handling a variety of projects at the one time. You must also be able to successfully communicate with the wider team sporting an approachable manner & strong communication skills. You will be the sole point of contact for all administrative queries, so you must be confident in you general admin knowledge, previous experience within a similar office manager role would be advantageous.

The role will operate Monday - Friday, nine till five & will be on a permanent basis.
