Your new company

This Engineering company based in Cheltenham is looking for a bright Office Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month contract and then to go permanent. This team puts innovation above all else when it comes to finding the right strategy for their clients. They are a renowned company that would provide great industry insight for the right candidate.

Your new role

You will be working in a great office environment in a prime Cheltenham location. Your tasks will include providing support to the office in terms of general administration tasks including filing, scanning, preparing communications, emailing, photocopying and more. You will be the first point of contact and an ambassador for the company's brand so your duties will include reception support, HR support with documentation preparation you will be assisting with Sales & Marketing Support You may also have to provide some executive support to the directors and organise team events for the office.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in an Office Manager position is essential. Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook.

You will also have fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Multitasking will form a lot of your day so the ability to prioritise and organise your work would be crucial in determining the right candidate.
