Cameron James is delighted to be partnering with a very well respected and established Cheshire based Law Practice who is seeking an Office Manager to join their friendly and welcoming team.
Your role will be to ensure that all administration for the Directors is carried out effectively and to ensure that the office is efficient and highly productive. In this busy role you will have the responsibility of overseeing the office as well as doing any administrative duties such as management of diaries, organising meetings; attending and minuting monthly management meetings; filtering queries and being the first point of contact for visitors, and any other jobs required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous solid Administration experience at a senior level, working within a busy and successful organisation. You should be able to demonstrate previous experience in a varied and busy role managing a small office and providing support to a management team. A familiarity with working with deadlines and being highly organised is essential.
