Office Manager, Advertising / Tech firm, Central City, £35,000 to £40,000

My client is an established advertising firm who specialise in social change. My client is a multinational with offices based in New York, they are currently looking to recruit an Office manager for their London office overlooking 60 heads

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Global Operations Manager in their day to day tasks
  • Supporting the wider team with any ad-hoc duties
  • Being the first point of contact for all administrative staff
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collating information for meetings
  • Ensure office supplies and orders are running smoothly
  • Keeping up to date with all health and safety procedures and updates within the facility

To succeed in this role you will have the following:

  • A can do attitude and willingness to learn
  • A keen interest in the advertising / technology sector
  • An ability to see the bigger picture in tasks
  • Experience in difficult situations and multitasking
  • Experience supporting an office

In return you will receive the following:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
