Energy company based in Mayfair are seeking an Office Manager to join their London head office.
Energy / Power Generation company are seeking an Office Manager to join their office of 20 in London - this company own several UK based Power Plants and are a thriving and dynamic company looking to invest and acquire further businesses.
This is an Office Management role but you will have many hats - you will be the only support person in the office so a muck-in attitude and flexibility to help with a mixture of things will be essential.
A typical week could consist of : front of house / reception duties, organising & scheduling board meetings, set up and preparation of monthly meetings, on-boarding and setting up of new starters, all health & safety and facilities support, supporting the Traders with general administration tasks, IT trouble-shooting, basic PA duties, organising travel, accounts & invoicing support and anything else that is thrown at you.
You will have a background in Office Management / Office Coordination ( preferably within a small business ) and be used to working in a role where you get involved in a multitude of things !
