Office Manager - Aberystwyth - ASAP start - Interim Role - £25,000 - £30,000

A busy business is in Aberystwyth is looking for an Office Manager to join their Administration team, you will be looking after 6/7 staff members.

Your new role
You will be responsible and managing at least 7 staff members in the office.
You will be managing the day to day running of the office, you will be reporting to the board directly along with the chief executive of the business.
On a daily basis you will ensure all staff have workstations and facilities necessary to meet the needs of their role
Coordinate all activities relating to the day to day running of the office
Diary management for senior managers, minute taking and report writing
Lead on development and implementation of new administrative systems/processes to improve efficiency of the admin team
Look after and maintain the budgets of the team

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Office Manger who is able to take on team management and start immediately or at short notice.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered a competitive salary, up to £25,000 - £30,000, this is dependent on experience and will be offered a very good benefits package. This is a full time position, with onsite parking. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm. This role is initially an interim role.
