Page Personnel in Cardiff are delighted to recruit an Office Manager (Temporary on going) for our client who are a Charity based in Ceredigion.

Client Details

Our client are a small Charity based in the heart of Ceredigion, passionate in continuing it's heritage. Members are based worldwide with a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience within the membership society, offering a number of different services to valued clients across the UK.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager. You will support the team, carry out ad hoc administrative duties and ensure the smooth running of the office.

The basic duties of the Office Manager are to include:

Managing a small team of Full Time and Part Timers
Ensuring the smooth running of the office
Offering individual to support to the SMT
Administrative duties
Dealing with all levels of the Membership Society
Approving holiday/arranging temp cover
Ordering office supplies
Send out completed documents and file originals
Monitor Info email and respond
Report and forward any serious issues to the Finance Director


Has excellent communication skills
Previous experience within a similar role
Experience within a Charity/No for Profit/Associate Membership Society
Microsoft Office applications eg: Excel, Word, Outlook
Uses own initiative
Able to work as part of a team

Job Offer

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000

Temporary on going role
