Office Manager Global Business Start as soon as possible 3 months with view of extension

Your new company
A global and thriving retail business is in Lampeter is looking for an Office Manager to join their Administration team, you will be looking after 12 staff members.

Your new role
You will be responsible and managing at least 12 staff members in the office. You will be managing the day to day running of the office, you will be reporting to the board directly along with the chief executive of the business. On a daily basis you will ensure all staff have workstations and facilities necessary to meet the needs of their role, coordinate all activities relating to the day to day running of the officer, diary management for senior managers, minute taking and report writing, leads on development and implementation of new administrative systems/processes to improve efficiency of the admin team, manages staff levels including agency/temp cover arrangements, recruitment and development of administration staff including training, induction, performance management, manage supplier and contractor relationships, You will be tasked to manage and monitor all KPI's, targets and budgets.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Office Manger who is able to take on board a large team and implement structures and procedures. Manager/Administration Supervisor role with experience of managing a team of people. Some Junior PA experience w would also be advantageous. You should have exceptional IT knowledge and be confident with PowerPoint presentations and Excel Spread sheets. You should have excellent communication and organisation skills and be highly organised and have meticulous attention to detail. You should be diligent, motivated, driven and motivated by working in a team environment with like-minded individuals. You will need to be well presented, professional and well spoken

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary, up to £25,000 - £30,000, this is dependent on experience and will be offered a very good benefits package. This is a full time position, with the flexibility of being art time with onsite parking. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm. This role is initially for 3 months and need to be able to start as soon as possible.
