A fantastic opportunity, one not to be missed, to join a boutique agency as their Office Manager. You will have a varied and crucial role within the Business, as you will be the first point of contact for all clients, as well as some admin duties and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Duties of the Office Manager:
*Being the first point of contact for all clients and customers
*Answering the main office line and diverting calls accordingly
*Ensuring the office runs smoothly
*Supporting the Lettings Manager
*General ad hoc admin
*Delivering a 5 star service at all times
* Making clients and customers feel welcome such as offering and making refreshments

Package for the Office Manager:

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm
£20,000 - £22,500 - Depending on experience

This is a role centred round supporting the office and team, so the chosen Office Manager needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a support role, work as a team player as well as having the customer service skills that are required to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
