Office Manager

Our Client is a well run construction contractor whom are currently seeking a Office Manager to work alongside the Construction Director

You will be responsible for supporting the Construction Director and Project and Site Managers and general office management

Your role will include typing letters, arranging meetings, screening calls, managing invoices, dealing with recruitment and diary management. You will need to have strong IT skills and be able to perform basic levels of document control relating to current construction projects. Our client is keen to get someone who is hand's on and can make a positive impact to the business.
