Glory has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join us in Dublin providing customer contract administration support to our Sales team and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.


As Contracts Administration/Office Manager you will manage incoming communication with clients, liaising with the Sales team as appropriate, whilst also ensuring sales contract database is kept up to date and that product and service invoicing is completed in a timely manner. You will also act as a central point for the coordination of all office relate activities, supporting the team with a wide range of tasks. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer invoicing process for product sales, service contracts and callout/adhoc project charges
  • Reconcile product and service order book and provide monthly revenue data for financial reporting
  • Knowledge of the purchasing function in order to provide efficient and cost-effective supply chain to Ireland service operations while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and minimising obsolescence
  • Manage the maintenance of inventory and purchasing data for accuracy, consistency and group reporting requirements
  • Ensure business processes are followed/reviewed for purchasing and customer orders to provide internal control
  • Support the Sales team with contract information and accompany to customer meetings if required
  • Provide support to the Ireland Management team for business and commercial decision making
  • Diary management for team
  • Organising corporate/customer events
  • Collation and organisation of paper & electronic customer contracts
  • Maintain contract admin database for customer addresses, equipment, warranty details etc.
