Office Manager is required for a popular hotel situated at the heart of Dunster which is famous as one of England’s prettiest medieval villages set within the stunning Exmoor National Park.

The business is varied in its offering of both high end and more affordable accommodation and it also caters for exclusive events. They are looking for an experienced team member to take control of the bookings, invoices and general enquiries for the site. This is primarily a Monday-Friday role working 9am - 5pm, however, some flexibility is required at certain times of the year.

Office Manager responsibilities:

  • Process all bookings across the site
  • Manage invoices
  • Look after general enquiries for the site
  • Pull reports for the management team
  • Chasing paperwork
  • Some basic book-keeping
  • General paperwork and office management tasks
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • To present a professional image of the company at all times

Office Manager requirements:

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Understanding of hospitality management
  • Basic bookkeeping skills
  • Computer literate to include modern methods of communication
  • Excellent customer service skills and people skills
  • Organised and efficient
  • Confident to chase up paperwork and deal with enquiries or issues that arise
  • Pro-active and self-motivated

The Reward:
