West End accountancy practice specialising in media, entertainment and sports require an experienced Office Manager/Administration Manager to oversee the smooth running of a busy office environment.

Duties and responsibilities:
Support partners and team management.
Onboard new team members documents and holiday record co-ordination
Prepare client engagement letters, money laundering documents
Client database management (CCH new client information and assignment codes).
Raising invoices for the practice, including standing orders and registered office fees
Use of Microsoft Office for occasional reports, financial statements and letters.
Deal with incoming post and distribution amongst the team, and deal independently where appropriate
Arrange office events, training and lunches
Manage systems to comply with data protection /GDPR regulations, including management of client paper and electronic records, archiving and disposal of confidential material
Manage and maintain the practice time ledger and track staff holidays
Previous experience of working within an accountancy practice or professional services organisation
A proactive outlook and ability to use their own initiative
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise activities
A friendly and approachable character with experience of being customer facing, able to develop enduring relationships with important clients and customers
Confident with IT systems and able to manage development and changes
Proficient with Word, Excel and Power Point with the ability to learn and maintain different databases
Ideally hold a business or administration management qualification
