Office Manager

Hays are currently recruiting on behalf of a Real Estate agency based in London for an Office Manager. This is initially a 3-6 month contract paying £30k-£35k

Key duties will include:

  • Arrange meetings and send invites, produce agendas, and circulate minutes.
  • Proofreading and spot-checking data in reports to clients.
  • Ad hoc office management tasks, keeping the analysts' and management's practical day-to-day needs met in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain records and produce reports of some expenditure items key to the running of the firm
  • Manage the booking and hiring of freelance analysts, including the induction of new staff
  • Some PA support to CEO
  • Dealing with general facilities
  • Management of company archiving and storage

In order to be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Experience in an office administrative management position, preferably dealing with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent command of the English language, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisation and administration capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a busy environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including basic Excel skills
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
