An excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established company based in Preston City Centre!

Based in Preston City Centre, SCS occupy a three storey modern building, with up to date technology and newly decorated spacious offices. SCS are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-motivated individual to join an ever-expanding business. SCS are looking for someone to join the team who has a real interest in helping a business grow, someone with office management experience that can be a part of a team and a good culture. The ideal candidate will be an organised individual with the necessary drive and focus, who is able to work autonomously in a busy environment to tight deadlines.

SCS is a UK based recruitment agency consisting of specialist divisions including Healthcare, Probation, Construction, Mental Health, Criminal Justice and Legal. We cover positions ranging from entry-level roles to directorships in both the public and private sector.

Office Manager Duties
*Project Management of any building work to Arthur House.
*Ordering and keeping track of all equipment including IT within Arthur House.
*Organising staff events on a Quarterly and Annual basis
*Maintaining and managing the Investors in people accreditation.
*Act as point of contact for IT Support.
*Manage and ensure interactive screens are up to date.
*Act as point of contact for our external Health and Safety Company.
*Making sure the company complies with the ISO accreditation's
*Responsible for our e-Procurement systems including administration and overall management of functions relating to ensuring they are operated in a timely manner by consultants
*Security of Arthur House and management of Security.

You will have the following experience:
*Previous experience of working in an office environment is essential
*Ideally you will have knowledge and understanding of ISO Accreditation's, health and safety policies and procedures and project management
*Experience using MS Office including excel, word and outlook
*Degree or HND in either Business Administration/Management or equivalent would be desirable but is not essential
